Day 1: Skill Development & Game Application

Players arrive, get settled, complete their off-ice warmup in a drill meeting, and review the focus of the day's training before heading to the locker room.

Players rotate through advanced skill stations focused on high-tempo development, puck touches, skating habits, and game-transfer concepts.
