About Art of hockey
Art of Hockey is a player development company that was founded in Maryland now based in Minnesota. Our training is built around creativity, hockey IQ, and game-transfer development, helping players build skills that translate beyond drills and into real game situations.
Meet Coach Keppler
Nick Keppler started Art of Hockey in Maryland in 2023 to create the kind of player development experience he believes the game needs more of: thoughtful, challenging, and built around how hockey is actually played.
Since then, he has coached players across youth, high school, and junior hockey, most recently serving as an Assistant Coach with the Minnesota Mallards (NAHL). His work focuses on helping players develop the skills, understanding, and confidence needed to perform in real game situations.
